Understanding Program Enrollment Statuses

Enrollment Status Legend
Value Description
Pending All program requests start in this status. This status means that we are working on your request and the patient does not have money allocated to them. At times you may see a Pending status with a year designation after it. These records are used for our re-enrollment process as part of the continuity of care for patient's in our programs.
Approved The patient is financially approved for the program.
Conditionally Approved The patient is financially approved for a single dispense. This status is temporary, and usually reflects the need for the patient to return finished paperwork to us.
Denied The patient does not meet the requirements of the program.
SPFA-<status> Status Pending Funding Availability. This status is used for the re-enrollment processing, and will indicate the future viability of the patient against the program.
Never Funded The patient was never funded.
